Event schedule for registered guests:
 

5 pm VIP reception begins

 

6 pm Main event opens

 

7:30 pm Program begins, food and bars close temporarily

 

8:15 pm Bars reopen, dessert & coffee served

 

10:00 pm Event concludes

 

Dress Code:

"Farm chic," to be interpreted as "dress for a party, with shoes made for the farm!" Please be prepared for grass, dirt, gravel, and uneven surfaces. The event will take place both inside the farm's Roundstone Pavilion and outside under several tents on the farm property and street, with the chance to walk through the farm if weather permits.

Ohio City Farm 2304 Bridge Ave, Cleveland

 

Parking Instructions:

Enter the West Side Market parking lot area from Lorain Ave or Bridge Ave and park in any available space. Upon exiting your parked car, scan the QR code posted on large signs in the lot. You will be prompted to enter your license plate and phone number. Enter the code from your email (or from our parking volunteers stationed across from the farm) and we will take care of the parking fees!
