After being in and out of the Cleveland area throughout her life, Amber unpacked her backpack and bought her own furniture in 2017. Since 2008, she has taught English in Spain, Chile, and Uruguay in higher education institutions, corporate settings, and on sunny café patios as well as virtually to students around the world. Here in Cleveland, she has prepared international students for university and is now working to bring language accessibility to newcomers trying to navigate life in a new city and find community.


When not in the classroom, you can find Amber out hiking mossy forests, eating spicy treats, or taking naps on the beach.
