Anelize Nader

Deputy Director

Anelize is a leader, a systems thinker and connector. At Re:Source Cleveland she oversees administrative and operational functions as well as two programs, namely the Adult Tutoring Program and the Client Administrative Support Services, which provide not only language skills to resettled refugee families, but mentorship and wraparound support as well.


Originally from Brazil, Anelize brings experience in both corporate and nonprofit sectors. In Brazil, she worked in manufacturing companies, mostly in supply chain and commercial areas. In the early 2000s she refocused her career into the nonprofit sector, when she volunteered in a re-entry program and developed her passion for helping disadvantaged communities. Prior to joining Re:Source Cleveland, she worked at the Society of St. Vincent de Paul in Cleveland, first as its Program Director and then as CEO. Anelize has a bachelor’s degree in Languages and Literature, Certificates in Business and Marketing, and a Master in Nonprofit Management from CWRU.
