Lenny Luckadoo
Farm Store & Kitchen Coordinator
Lenny is an experienced farmer and a cook. After graduating from the University of Alabama with a BS in Environmental Science, he worked on various farms located in Alabama, Virginia, and upstate New York for 6 years. In New York, he co-managed a vegetable farm in Saratoga Springs, and started a small vegetable farm in the Hudson Valley that focused on sales to local chefs and farmers' markets. For the last 4 years, Lenny has worked as a cook in the kitchens of 2 James Beard-nominated chefs; Efren Hernandez and Douglas Katz. During this time he helped open two restaurants; Casa Susanna in New York and Kiln in the Van Aken District.
