She was born and raised in Lviv, Ukraine, where she lived until relocating to the US in 2022. From 2001 until 2022 she built her career in the Department of Foreign Languages and Military Translation of Hetman Petro Sahaidachny National Army Academy as a linguist, an ESL instructor, and an interpreter. During her time as an ESL instructor she developed the skills and expertise to meet students across a broad range of educational and experience levels as they work to learn English as a second language.

Susanna appreciates every minute spent with her kids, who support and inspire her. She is the proud mother of a 17 year old son, Yaroslav and a 10 year old daughter, Liubov, who are siblings and the best of friends.
