Carolina Coloma
Spanish Speaking Navigator
Carolina Coloma was born and raised in Lima-Callao, Peru. She is the proud mother of two children, ages 11 and 7, and has been with her husband, and the father of her children, Jose for 11 years. Carolina has faced many obstacles in her life but sees each as an opportunity for growth and she is confident she can make something positive of every situation. She loves animals, salsa music, and dance, but spending time with her family is her favorite activity.
Carolina joined Re:Source Cleveland in September of 2023 as the Spanish Speaking Newcomer Navigator. In her role at the organization, she works across our programmatic and administrative teams to help members of the Spanish-speaking newcomer community find and access the support services they need to build lives here in Cleveland. She is a tireless advocate for those around her and is helping our organization meet and serve new clients.
