Karin Hudson
Program Coordinator
Karin is an empathetic and versatile ESL teacher. She has over 15 years of experience teaching all aspects of ESL from pre-literate through advanced, both academic and functional, with young children through adults. Years of hearing the fascinating and often traumatic stories of her students' lives and struggling herself to learn new languages while living in Colombia and Jordan, has helped to make her a patient teacher. She is always seeking to discover new ways to meet students where they are and help them develop their potential.
Karin’s role as ESL teacher for the Teen Response program feels like a perfect fit for her and she is very excited to be a part of Re:Source Cleveland! When she is not working, she is usually at home near the lake in Cleveland with her husband, daughter, dog and cats. She enjoys challenging herself with serious garden and home projects, checking out the art scene in Cleveland, and hanging out with friends and family.
