THE NEED
Delivering Needed Information In Languages People Understand
Re:Source Cleveland works with hundreds of individuals from every corner of the world that are adapting to life in Northeast Ohio. Communicating every message that would benefit our community of newcomers, from information about the 2020 Census to navigating your first Cleveland winter, can be a tricky task.
Existing language barriers are made more difficult by lack of access to translated materials from legitimate sources, the literacy rates of newcomer populations and the mediums in which we communicate. The solution is creating content that is both accessible and understandable for every population we serve.
