Jenelle is a licensed School Counselor with over 10 years of experience working with teens in US public schools, and most recently at an international school in Kyiv, Ukraine. She is passionate about helping students of all backgrounds develop and thrive personally, academically, and professionally. As a Cleveland native with Puerto Rican and Italian heritage, she is a native English speaker with experience in Spanish, Russian, and is eager to study more Ukrainian.


She earned Bachelors Degrees from Case Western Reserve University (Cleveland, Ohio) in Business Management and International Studies and a Masters Degree in School Counseling from Evangel University (Springfield, Missouri).


In her free time, you can find her reading a good book, enjoying Cleveland's multicultural food, or enjoying light-hearted podcasts.
